Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take a little longer. We’ll keep you updated if there are significant delays.

Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If your package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damaged package and items so we can help resolve the issue.

International Shipping

For international orders, customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.
